The White House Care Home – Bodmin
We are a registered care home for 34 residents, providing care for the elderly. The Home is registered and inspected by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). Their latest inspection report states:-
“The people we spoke to said they were very happy living in the home. One person said they would ‘recommend the home to anyone’. People said staff were very respectful of their wishes, were always polite and friendly. People said they could express their views about the care they received. People said their privacy and dignity are respected, and staff always did their best to be helpful.”
The White House Care Home is a spacious Victorian Residence overlooking the County Town of Bodmin. Many rooms have fine views across the gardens to the Beacon and surrounding Cornish countryside. It is conveniently situated with entrances from Cross Lane (car parking), where there is a bus stop, and Castle Hill, only minutes from the Town Centre.
The House was converted in April 1985 and now provides all the facilities necessary for its use as a comfortable Residential Care Home.
Our residents choose to live at The White House because of the care and security provided day and night, for company and for help with daily tasks. For whatever reason we will be pleased to do all we can to help.
Please contact Eves Carkeek, our Manager, if you wish to visit, or would like further information.
